How to Guide
You may find it useful to read the 'How to Guide' before adding your information.
Adding Activities
Your entry will be moderated by approved administrators and, once approved, will go live on the website, allowing people to access and learn all about the activities Swindon has to offer. Users can also rate and review any activity/event listed, allowing providers to receive feedback for their activities.
Once your information has been added you may want to update it, edit it or add another activity/event, simply click on the 'Access your activity listing' link below.
Data Protection
Does your organisation need to be registered with the
Information Commissioners Office?
Some not-for–profit organisations are exempt from notification. However, if a voluntary organisation is processing personal information other than it's own volunteer’s information; then it is likely that it will be required to notify and register with the Information Commissioners Office (ICO).
The ICO has a guide for organisations (see below). There are nine questions in total which they need to work through to determine whether they need to register with the Information Commissioner Office as a ‘data controller’.
