Swindon Building Control can now offer you a new service which enables a customer to submit a Building Regulation Application online with electronic copies of plans as attachments. This service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week and is simple to use over the Internet from your home or office.

Once the application reaches us, the documents will be validated and you will be advised accordingly via e-mail, including confirmation of the fee you need to submit.
