Housing performance is measured against a number of Best Value Performance Indicators (BVPI’s), which are set by the Government.

The monitoring of the indicators is carried out through Local Performance Action Reviews (LPAR’s) on a monthly basis.

At these reviews, performance is discussed, trends analysed and any required actions agreed and entered into an action log. These actions are assigned to appropriate officers and are then reviewed at the next Local Performance Action Review.

The Housing LPAR feeds into the corporate performance management framework.
