Swindon Home Bid

Welcome to Swindon Home Bid, the choice based lettings system that allows applicants applying for housing or a transfer, more choice in choosing the property and area you would like to move to.

Please note: Choice Based Lettings can not make more properties available.

To be eligible to bid you will need to register to become a homeseeker within Swindon Borough Council which can be done by completing a choice based lettings application form online. Existing applicants need not register again.
