“This is a great time to give up smoking, even if people only want to set themselves a short-term target to see how it goes.  Based on the price of 20 cigarettes per day, a smoker could potentially save up to £132 in the weeks left before Christmas.  We think a boost to the Christmas shopping fund will be a great incentive for lots of people and really hope people will enter into the spirit and take the challenge.”
