Swindon Borough Council is determined to make the very best use of the money that comes from Swindon Council Tax payers, and the Best Value Performance Plan (BVPP) ensures that we do this.

This important document identifies our key objectives, describes how we are going to achieve them, and sets out how we will measure our success. A new BVPP is prepared each year.
