Councillors and Council Meetings Information

Committee and Member Information Website

The Committee and Member Information Website provides access to the agenda, reports and minutes for meetings of the Council that are open to the public from June 2004 and to minutes from 2001 onwards.

It also includes information about local councillors, a timetable of meetings that members of the public may attend, and in the library, access to the Council's Constitution and Members Bulletin.

See the Committee and Member Information Website (http://ww2.swindon.gov.uk/moderngov/uuCoverPage.asp).

Other Task Groups and Work Groups

Councillors attend a number of other task groups and working groups which are not listed on the website as they are not usually open to the public. Information about memberships of these bodies and the work they do can be obtained from:

Ian Willcox
Committee and Member Services Manager
Tel: 01793 463601
E-mail: iwillcox@swindon.gov.uk).
